Sliding bearing for hydro turbine units is suitable for large, medium and small units, with different diameters,it adopts lubricating oil circulation and water cooling, which is self-circulating seat bearing of thin oil lubrication.The lubricating oil is L-TSA46 turbine oil.
When under operation, the rotating oil plate from the lubricating oil belt which has been cooled by the cooler flows to the radial bush for lubrication and cooling, after that,hot oil will flow back to the oil tank of the bearing seat, and then flows into the cooler.An oil mark is arranged on the bearing seat to display the oil level, which is 1/3 of the difference between the inner and outer diameters of the submerged oil plate.Radial bush is equipped with resistance temperature, and can automatically send a signal when it exceeds 65℃, and the highest temperature of bearing bush does not exceed 70℃.The clearance between bearing bushes is 0.16mm to 0.20mm.The cooler is the heat exchanger of cooling water and hot oil, which is made of copper tube. The working water pressure is 0.15-0.30Mpa. The water pressure test is carried out in the plant with the test pressure of 1.0Mpa for 30 minutes.The cooling water volume is about 3.0m3/h, and the inlet and outlet water pipes are connected by the power station itself.
