The runners of Francis turbine,Turgo turbine,Kaplan turbine,Tubular turbine are of casting CNC process.The runners of Pelton turbine is of casting, inblock casting or forging casting,processed by five-axis CNC procedure.The material of all these runners mentioned above is ZG06Cr13Ni4MO,and will be tested by dynamic balance experiment,which is a precise test.If required,we may also offer HVOF spraying tech,making runners more endurable and have better performance in corrosion resistance under the circumstance of high sediment(0.5–150kg/m3),thus own a longer service life.Here below is the principle of HVOF tech.And its material is 86WC10Co4Cr.

With oxygen and gas as heat source, the gas is rapidly expanded through high intensity combustion to form high pressure. The spraying material is injected into the high speed jet combustion flame in powder state, and the combustion products are driven by high pressure to form high speed airflow, so that the flame flow can impact the gun through the barrel at high speed.The high speed flame makes the particles of the powder material reach the semi-melting state, and accelerates the movement of the particles of the powder material, so that the melted powder material is tightly and uniformly attached to the surface of the sprayed object.

Apart from hydro turbine runners,HVOF can also be used on parts such as upper/ lower wear-resistant plates,rotating labyrinthseals,spiral casing,top and bottom rings,guide vanes, blades,etc.
