2.In the structural design,the leading edge protective film against sand erosion and corresponding maintenance measures are considered,and the blade leading edge protective device is designed specifically to improve the blade’s ability to resist sand erosion;

3.In the material selection,UV-resistant surface coating materials are selected to ensure the aerodynamic performance of the blade.

Desertification design to enhance environmental adaptability

1.According to the high-temperature phenomenon in desert,gobi and wilderness,the heat dissipation capacity of the electric control cabinet,generator,gearbox and other components is designed specifically;

2.Through the integrated design of the transmission chain to improve the tightness and reliability of the WTGS and reduces the wear and tear of components caused by dust and other impurities;

3.The design of three-level converter technology and box-type transformer upper-mounted scheme reduces cable loss and the impact of sand wind;

(2)Desertification design to enhance environmental adaptability.The design of desertification environment adaptability enhances the adaptability of the WTGS to corrosion,high temperature,sandstorm and ultraviolet light.
